Finally, a decoder ring to end them all. Nicki Minaj is not trying to fool us into thinking she?s engaged to Meek Mill every few months. In fact, it?s all in our heads. Minaj explains to Billboard in a feature interview, prior to the flashy show-don?t-tell of a huge new rock, that her rapper boyfriend wants to give her three rings before they get married. ?He and I are not engaged,? she says. ?My birthday?s coming up, and he better get the new one, because he got [the first one] for my last birthday.?
