It?s often common for young couples to adopt pets to feel more like a family just like Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams who were married for five years, in which they adopted eight cats and dogs.
Their love did really seem as sweet as candy, but now it seems there's some bad blood surrounding the responsibilities of caring for their furry brood. Love truly is hell.
The exes announced the divorce back in January. It hasn't been finalized yet, though ? and their cats and dogs are at the center of the delay.
According to Moore's petition, obtained by TMZ, Moore is seeking spousal support to help care for their pets ? because her income is a quarter of Adams', and he has not taken two of their cats as he promised.
She says in the petition, "Although I love our pets, it is overwhelming for me to take care of eight of them all of the time,"
The pets at the center of the dispute are extremely cute, making the whole situation more of a heartbreaker.
