Kate Middleton , aka Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge visited the Action on Addiction charity's Center for Addiction Treatment Studies in Warminster, England on Thursday, her third public appearance in a week. She wore a gorgeous, teal, over-the-knee, long sleeve Emilia Wickstead dress with a pleated skirt pairing it with black pumps. She also showcased her new haircut .
