Jared Leto was caught red faced this week when a video surfaced of him dissing Taylo Swift and her 1989 album. But after the singer apologized to Swift for his harsh words, he decided to go after the source that caused the drama.
Leto filed a lawsuit against TMZ and parent company Warner Bros. Entertainment after the site featured a video on Monday of the actor and Thirty Seconds to Mars singer critiquing Swift's music. Leto alleges TMZ knew it was stolen, but published the video anyway.
Leto said This was stolen footage. This was an invasion of privacy. And it was both morally and legally wrong."
