Daily Show host Trevor Noah got a scare, thinking Jon Stewart was back to take his show, but Stewart returned to "home base" as a guest to talk about an issue he "cares deeply about."
The issue is the 2010 James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act for first responders. The five years of funding are over, but Congress has not renewed the act. As Stewart explained how this is a problem and Congress' lack of action, towards the matter. Noah interjected with questions to highlight the inaction of the government.
