Supermodel and Empire guest star Naomi Campbell suffered a wardrobe malfunction this week after leaving the London home of friend Madonna. Campbell, who wore a black pinstriped pantsuit, had a nip slip when her low-cut velvet top snagged as she got into a car outside the residence. She was accompanied by an unidentified man. Madonna appeared to be hosting a small party for friends. Supermodel Kate Moss, who rose to fame in the '90s along with Campbell, also attended. Campbell and Madonna have been friends for years. Campbell appeared in Madonna's famous 1992 documentary Sex.
