Rapper Nicki Minaj's big brother has been put into cuffs and arrested! Jelani Maraj, who is 37-year-old, is being charged with raping a 12-year-old. He was reportedly arraigned for first-degree rape and first-degree course of sexual conduct with the minor. Maraj was booked and released all in the same day on a $100,000 dollar bail.
