Miley Cyrus was sporting long(er) hair when she showed up in New York City for a special performance on World AIDS Day on December 1. Instead of showing off tons of skin (which has been her go-to recently) Miley opted for a sparkling pink pantsuit, with more sequins than we?ve ever seen. With a hint of tummy peeking through, she paired her look with some matching cowgirl boots and it appears she?s beginning to grow her hair out.
