Angelina Jolie's latest film, the struggling By the Sea, casts her opposite husband Brad Pitt, but Jolie's third helming effort hasn't inspired her other half to follow in her footsteps. Since it's Nov. 13 release, the film has only grossed a paltry $477,819 domestically. At the By the Sea premiere, which moonlighted as the opening night of the AFI film festival, Pitt was asked if he has considered a turn in the director's chair and responded instantly, "No, not at all. I have no desire whatsoever." The actor, of course, has found success as a producer as his Plan B Entertainment has been behind the productions of 12 Years a Slave, World War Z, Selma and this season's The Big Short. Pitt added in the interview, "I like my corner of the field."
