VIDEO : Pauley Perrette's Emotional Confrontation in Court

NCIS star Pauley Perrette is reliving a nightmare! The 46 year old actress took the stand in a Los Angeles courtroom to give her testimony and recount the night she was assaulted outside her home by 45 year old David Merck. According to reports, Pauley was visibly upset on the stand and refused to look at David except for when she had to identify him. Merck pleaded not guilty and if convicted, he could face up to 4 years in prison.
