Blake Shelton was honoured with one of CMT's Artists of the Year awards for 2015 and dedicated his award to the crazy and awesome year he has had.
This includes his divorce form Miranda Lambert in July as well as his hot new romance with Gwen Stefani.
Meanwhile, Blake couldn't contain his feelings for for Gwen earlier this week
The 39-year-old singer recently began dating his fellow The Voice coach - who split from husband Gavin Rossdale in August - and said he has "tons of reasons" to be grateful she's in his life.
He said: "I'm thankful for Gwen for tons of reasons, but mostly because she makes us all look a whole lot better on this show."
