Mark Zuckerberg is officially a father! On Tuesday, the Facebook founder announced that he and wife Priscilla Chan welcomed a baby girl named Max. To celebrate the arrival of their newest family member, the 31-year-old billionaire and his wife penned a touching letter to their daughter. The co-founder and chief executive of Facebook also announced Tuesday that he and his wife would give 99 percent of their Facebook shares ?during their lives? ? holdings currently worth $45 billion ? to charity. Zuckerberg and Chan added that they were forming a new organization, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, to manage the money.
