The dog days aren?t necessarily a bad thing for actor Tom Hardy. Tom has been an animal lover his whole life and has no shame when it comes to bringing his four legged friends along with him wherever he might venture. He?s brought his canine besties along to red carpet events, various acting classes, press events, and they often run errands with him throughout the day. Tom launched a campaign with PETA last year to promote the awareness of animal adoption. The ads showcase playful pictures of Tom and his pup Woodstock that he adopted while filming Lawless in 2011. The ads read ?Adoption is Love,? something Tom experienced when he met Woodstock as a homeless dog and affectionately took him in as his own.
