Is Kourtney Kardashian getting back together with Scott Disick? The twosome continued to fuel reconciliation rumors when they were spotted having lunch together at one of their old family hangouts--Marmalade Cafe, in Calabasas, Calif. --on Wednesday. The two broke up in July after three children and nine years of dating. Though neither party confirmed if they are giving their relationship another go, sources told Celebuzz that Disick has apologized to Kardashian and is trying hard to get back into her good graces following his stint in rehab.
