When recently asked by The Hollywood Reporter about repeatedly signing on to Quentin Tarantino's projects, actor Samuel L. Jackson said, "He's not calling me to say, 'will you be in my movie?' He's just calling me to say, 'this is the part that I just wrote for you,' and I'm like, 'okay, great.'" In addition to this year's film, The Hateful Eight, Jackson and Tarantino also collaborated on Django Unchained and the classic film Pulp Fiction.
