Chris Hemsworth is reportedly being recruited to star in a new Allan Quatermain film project, which will offer a new take on the classic literary adventurer.
The actor who is best known for his role as ?Thor? in the Marvel universe movies, will play the role of Quatermain who is a big game hunter, who is known for being an impeccable shot. Quatermain was one of the inspirations for Indiana Jones.
Allan Quatermain has been featured in films in the past, played by Richard Chamberlain and Patrick Swayze.
The Australian born actor will next appear in Ron Howard?s In The Heart of the Sea and will reprise his role as Thor in Thor: Ragnarok, which is scheduled to be released on November 3, 2017.
