VIDEO : Charlie Sheen's Manager Explains Why Actor Never Told Ex He's HIV-Positive

Charlie Sheen's ex-girlfriend Bree Olson appeared on SiriusXM's Howard Stern Show Tuesday to discuss the Two and a Half Men star's personal interview on Today. During the morning show interview, Sheen said that he made it clear that he told any and all partners of his diagnosis prior to engaging in sexual acts with them. Olson, however, said she had no idea of his diagnosis. In response to her interview, Sheen's manager said the actor was not HIV-positive at the time of their relationship. During his interview with Today, Sheen said that since his diagnosis four years ago, he has had unprotected sex with only two women. He also insisted that they were seeking medical attention to make sure everything was safe.
