Scott Disick is doing such a great job getting his life back on track since checking into rehab that his ex and mother of his three children, Kourtney Kardashian, might be reconsidering getting back together with him. A source tells TMZ that Scott spent Wednesday night visiting with some of the Kardashian family, including his children, and that he appears to be ?a whole new him.? This change in attitude and lifestyle apparently bodes well for a possible romantic reconciliation between Kourtney and Scott, which would be welcome news to grandmother, Kris Jenner.
