Gender equality doesn?t exist in Hollyhood? Well at least at Marvel Studios it does.
The Black Widow or better said Scarlet Johansson, earned equal pay as Chris Evans as Chris Hemsworth in Marvel's most recent super hero ensemble blockbuster, Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The reports that Johnannson had made not equal to the amount of Evans and Hemsworth, but double, turn out to be false.
None of the stars received quite as much as Robert Downey Jr., who negotiated himself into a contract around the time of Iron Man which earned him about $80 million on the first Avengers alone.
Hollywood studios are making a small step in the right direction especially following the news that Jennifer Lawrence received less pay than her American Hustler co-stars even though she had relatively equal screen time and a performance which earned an Oscar nomination.
