The Wrap is reporting that actress Amy Landecker has been cast in Marvel's Doctor Strange in an unspecified role. Landecker most recently starred in Amazon?s critically acclaimed series Transparent. She has also appeared in the Coen Brothers? A Serious Man alongside Doctor Strange co-star Michael Stuhlbarg, who will reportedly be playing rival neurosurgeon Dr. Nicodemus West to Benedict Cumberbatch?s Stephen Strange. With all the mystery surrounding the Doctor Strange film in general given the lack of an official plot synopsis, it?s unsurprising that Landecker?s role is being kept under wraps.
