The New York Daily News is reporting that Lana Del Rey and Italian photographer Francesco Carrozzini have split after nearly 18 months of dating. According to an insider, the main cause of the breakup, which happened around two weeks ago, had to do with moving things to the next level. The source added, "They love each other, but she?s wanted to settle down for over a year now and he?s just not there yet.? Lana and Francesco were first romantically linked in June 2014. The gorgeous couple have since been photographed together all over the world, most recently on vacation in Italy this past summer.
