Morena Baccarin and estranged husband Austin Chick appear to be in a bi-coastal custody battle more than four months after filing for divorce . In court documents obtained by E! News, both parties first agreed to live in New York City as they share legal custody of their 2-year-old son Julius. But according to court papers, Chick "changed his mind" about co-parenting and returned to Los Angeles with their child once he learned that Baccarin "had a new boyfriend." News confirmed she  was dating her Gotham co-star Ben McKenzie back in September.
