Hamm and ex-girlfriend Westfeldt were spotted together two months after breaking things off.
According to reports, they arrived together at an event in New York City honoring director Mike Nichols, who passed away last November.
Jennifer was photographed holding onto Jon?s arm as the two walked into a Manhattan building together.
