Chloe Grace Moretz is the next little mermaid.
The actress will bring the classic Hand Christian Andersen tale of ?The Little Mermaid? ? to life in a new version.
The ?Kick-Ass? star has revealed she?ll be playing the leading role in a live-action version of the story produced by Universal to a script by British filmmaker Richard Curtis.
Chloe wrote on Instagram.com on Friday, that she has been waiting months to tell everyone how excited she is to take on this beautiful journey with Working Title, Universal, and a beautiful script by Richard Curtis.
The 18-year-old actress will play a mystical sea siren who gives up her underwater life after she falls in love with a prince.
