Kris Jenner and some "john Does" are being sued over a mobile video game.
Filed on Wednesday in a California federal court, game developer Kung Fu Factory claims they conceived Kim Kardashian: Hollywood beginning in late 2011, but the deal supposedly died along the way.
However, in June 2014 Glu Mobile released a game which Kung Fu found far too similar to the concept they devised years prior.
Citing Kris Jenner and the Kardashian's family agent Brian Siegrest, the Los Angeles-based developer believes their work on platform integration, the graphical user interface, and mock-up characters of Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney was given to Glu to finish instead.
The compliant challenges direct and contributory copyright claims along with an implied breach of contract.
