According to Forbes Magazine, singer Katy Perry beat out Taylor Swift to become the highest-earning woman in the music industry this year. Perry, 31, earned $135 million over the past 12 months. This was due in part to her huge worldwide "Prismatic" tour, and endorsements deals with beauty companies like Cover Girl and Coty. Perry's latest album "Prism" has sold around four million worldwide since its release in 2013. Taylor Swift, 25, was a distant second, with an estimated $80 million.
