VIDEO : Elton John: Changes in the U.S. Positively Affected the LGBT Community

Elton John says changes in the U.S. over the past year have positively affected the LGBT community, including the Supreme Court's decision on marriage equality. But he says "there's more history to be made" in the fight against HIV/AIDS. John made his remarks at "An Enduring Vision: A Benefit for the Elton John AIDS Foundation," Tuesday night in New York. He also broke down the numbers, stating that 1.2 million people in the United States are living with HIV/AIDS.
