VIDEO : Vince Vaughn to Star in 'The Archbishop and the Antichrist' Antichrist'

Oscar-nominated director Roland Joffe will helm the adaptation of the Michael Ashton novel. Vince Vaughn joins Oscar winner Forest Whitaker in The Archbishop and the Antichrist. Based on the novel of the same name by Michael Ashton, the film will follow the fictionalized account of Archbishop Desmond Tutu?s (Whitaker) meetings with brutal murderer Piet Blomfield (Vaughn), who seeks redemption for the atrocities he?s committed while he serves a life sentence in prison in post-apartheid South Africa. 13 Films is handling international rights and WME Global is handling North American rights for the film, which will be introduced to buyers at the upcoming American Film Market.
