Hollywood moviemaker George Lucas is celebrating after winning his long-running battle for a new museum in Chicago, Illinois. The Star Wars creator picked the city as the location for the Lucas Cultural Arts Museum after local officials in San Francisco, California rejected the plans amid fears the proposed building would be ?too big? and ?inappropriate.? After announcing he had set his sights on the Windy City, Lucas faced opposition from park conservationists who filed a lawsuit in a bid to stop the museum being built on a picturesque spot close to the Soldier Field sports stadium.
