Amanda Bynes appears to be doing well for herself these days. The former child star was just spotted out and about in Los Angeles running a few last-minute errands before Halloween weekend in Los Angeles. The 29-year-old seemed to be in good spirits as she exited a drugstore with a pal dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans and a matching leather shirt. Bynes sported her now-signature long blond locks and sunglasses during the outing and also showed off a new accessory: a wrist piercing. Less than a month ago, E! News confirmed that Bynes had enrolled back in school at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) for the Fall semester.
