Who doesn?t love an outing to the pumpkin patch? Kourtney Kardashian was seen taking her kids, Mason and Penelope, to the pumpkin patch this week for some pre-Halloween pumpkin shopping. The reality star seemed to also be promoting Kanye?s Yeezus tour as she was seen wearing a graphic tee from the event. Kardashian is said be continuing to support her ex Scott Disick as he completes treatment at a drug and alcohol rehab center in Malibu, California. However, insiders say she is not looking to get back together with Disick. A source told Entertainment Tonight, ?They are still broken up and there is no chance they will get back together."
