Miramax and Broad Green Pictures announced today that Billy Bob Thornton (The Man Who Wasn?t There, Sling Blade) is officially set to reprise his Bad Santa role as Willie Soke for the long-discussed Bad Santa 2! Geyer Kosinski (The Astronaut Farmer, ?Fargo?) will produce the follow-up to the raucous 2003 comedy hit. Broad Green will distribute the film theatrically in the U.S. during the 2016 holiday season. ?We?ve been waiting far too long to see Billy Bob?s Willie Soke mess with the holiday season in his own unique way,? said Zanne Devine, Miramax?s EVP of Film & TV.
