Perhaps the most memorable aspect of the Golden Globes Awards in recent years was the controversy that three-time host Ricky Gervais cast over the event. While Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have graciously hosted for multiple years in a row, it is Gervais, whose smug, pomposity and sharply tuned take-down?s of Hollywood?s brightest and boldest from 2010 through 2012, that many viewers most clearly remember about the NBC broadcast movie awards show. Fey and Poehler have become easy-going fan favorites among viewers over the course of the past two years, but this year viewers who were more appreciative of the former British comic?s edgier sheen are in luck.
