After he was forced to cancel a concert due to a mysterious illness, word has gotten out that the One Direction singer has parted ways with longtime girlfriend Sophia Smith after nearly two years of dating. There has been no official comment on the matter just an "emo-like" tweet from Payne saying "I love how music is always there for you when you need it most."
