David Bowie's official site announced Sunday that Blackstar, his 25th studio LP, will arrive on January 8th. The release date is Bowie's 69th birthday. Bowie's last albulm The Next Day was similarly announced on the singer's 66th birthday. Blackstar's title track and first single will be released on November 20th.
David Bowie fans waited a decade for new music between the singer's Reality in 2003 and 2013's The Next Day.
