After the devastating news that her friend and longtime makeup artist, Jake Bailey, passed away on the morning of October 23, Katy Perry posted a touching note on Instagram. In a caption accompanying several photos of the two together, the ?Roar? singer said to Bailey, ?Every time I sit in that chair we shared, just know, no one holds a brush to you, friend.? What beautiful art we created together. We always confided in each other, rallied each other at our lows and pushed each other to be our best. We never got comfortable and I know that was why we did the best work together.
