She?s going to be a mommy, again! Kelly Clarkson announced that she is pregnant with a baby boy on her Instagram account on Friday, Oct. 23. ?In other news, River?s gonna have a little baby brother :) #itsaboy We?re so excited!? Clarkson gave birth to River Rose Blackstock, her first daughter with husband Brandon Blackstock, in June of 2014. She recently cancelled the remaining shows on her Piece By Piece tour due to doctor?s orders to remain on vocal rest.
