After the devastating news that her friend and longtime makeup artist, Jake Bailey, passed away on October 23, Katy Perry posted a touching note on Instagram. In a caption accompanying several photos of the two together, the singer said to Bailey, ?Every time I sit in that chair we shared, just know, no one holds a brush to you, friend.? While he was best known for his work with Perry, his other celebrity clients included stars such as Karlie Kloss, Selena Gomez, Emmy Rossum and Paris Hilton.
