It appears Kaley Cuoco?s estranged husband is looking for her to fork over some major bucks. According to E! News, Ryan Sweeting has responded to the Big Bang Theory star?s divorce filing, asking for spousal support and for the actress to pay for his attorney fees. In the legal documents filed by the tennis player on October 15 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Sweeting states September 25 as the date of separation. Sweeting?s documents also ask for spousal support and request to eliminate the court?s ability to award the support to his soon-to-be ex-wife. Meanwhile, Cuoco?s papers state that spousal support was payable and terminable as set forth from the prenuptial agreement they signed on November 20, 2013.
