The Mean Girls actress took to Instagram on Friday (Oct. 16, 2015) to publicly declared her desire to run for president in 2020, against Kanye West. ?In 2020 I may run for president,? she wrote. Though it?s uncertain if she?s serious, the 29-year-old wouldn?t be old enough to qualify for a presidential run in 2020 because the minimum age is 35.
