At the much-anticipated Tracy Morgan-hosted episode of Saturday Night Live, Demi Lovato served as musical guest and hit the stage with a pair of rousing, assured performances.
Two days after Lovato released her new LP Confident, she managed to squeeze three album cuts into her two spots, first with a truncated version of her Max Martin-produced hit "Cool for the Summer" that segued into the brassy, uplifting "Confident" that was backed by a full band and horn section.
