Lindsay Lohan for president? It looks like there's going to be a star-studded ballot come 2020, because along with Kanye West, LiLo has announced that she's planning to run for Commander in Chief as well. Is she serious? We're not positive, but she sure seems enthusiastic about it. The actress took to Instagram to make the (maybe-serious-maybe-not) announcement, posting a photo of herself in deep conversation at a formal dinner.
