Kim's best friend Jonathan Cheban told People Magazine that he was "sure" the two would get back together, despite allegations of Scott's cheating. Cheban insists that 'they can work it out.' Then saying 'Once he gets this out of his system I'm hoping that it will be somewhat back to normal.'
