Demi Lovato is the latest star to join the ever-growing list of celebs who have suffered an unfortunate makeup malfunction! The 23-year-old singer was in New York City to promote her new album, Confident, on Wednesday night, and it appears she accidentally forgot to blend her under eye makeup. When the singer stepped out to greet fans and take photos, the cameras' bright flashes exposed her under eye finishing powder, giving her large, white, goggle-like circles around her face. Fortunately for Demi, she still somehow managed to look amazing! She slicked her dark hair back and added a pop-of-pink to her pout, donning a cream sweater vest over a white shirt, jeans and a pair of brown boots.
