First he poked fun at Chris Pratt while simultaneously unveiling his house's hostile takeover by snakes, and now he's not only showing fans how he stays in shape, but he's also putting his adorable son on display while he's at it! Hemsworth's latest picture shows himself running on the treadmill while holding one of his sons over his shoulder. He wrote alongside his goofy pic, "The family who trains together, stays together!"
