It's official: Miley Cyrus has outdone herself. The 22-year-old pop star is planning a nude concert, Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne announced on Instagram today. No word yet when the show will take place, but the Bangerz beauty revealed earlier this month on The Tonight Show that she will be touring with The Flaming Lips in support of her surprise album Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz.
