?Bridget Jones?s Baby? has a delivery date. The sequel to the romantic comedy hit will land in theaters on September 16, 2016, where it will face off against Sony and Screen Gems? ?When the Bough Breaks,? a drama with Morris Chestnut. Universal is distributing the Working Title production, which brings back original star Renée Zellweger as the former singleton with a penchant for chronicling her misadventures of the heart. Colin Firth, who plays the object of her affections, is also back, and Patrick Dempsey, ?Grey?s Anatomy?s? McDreamy, joins the cast. As the title suggests, the film finds Bridget unexpectedly pregnant. It?s been over a decade since the last ?Bridget Jones? film and Zellweger has been a rarity on big screens of late.
