DJ Jazzy Jeff and Will Smith aka the Fresh Prince released their fifth final album, Code Red, 22 years ago. From that point the duo slowly but surely faded away with time. But unlike other rap groups, the duo's end was not predicated on infighting or ego. Rather, Smith's acting career took off and DJ Jazzy Jeff became more in demand as a DJ. But this week, Smith announced the their reunion with plans for a new album and the first world tour of their career. Smith said they have already recorded 20 to 30 songs, but that they are taking their time in recording new material.
