The 28-year-old UFC GOAT told Cosmopolitan magazine this week that the pop crooner pissed her off at the Cannes Film Festival when he was rude to her little sister.
Rousey explained how her 16-year-old sibling was pretty unfazed by anyone at the festival?with the exception of Bieber. Unfortunately, when Rousey went up to the singer to ask for a photo for her little sis, the Biebs completely blew her off.
