The Democratic front-runner for the 2016 presidential election made a surprise appearance on the season opening of Saturday Night Live.
During the late-night sketch show, Hillary Clinton played a wise bartender serving drinks to a caricature of herself.
SNL regular Kate McKinnon portrayed the former Secretary of State.
In the skit, the bartender asked the presidential hopeful what brought her into the bar that night.
McKinnon replied, "Well, I needed to blow off some steam, I've had a hard couple of 22 years."
Clinton, as her character Val, replied, "oh, you're a politician."
She added, "I?m just an ordinary citizen who believes the Keystone pipeline will destroy our environment.?
